2. Use of Services

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Compliance and Lawful Use: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and to comply with these Terms at all times.
  2. Updates to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
  3. Forum Content Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for irrelevant content on the Forum. We will delete such content and may block users who post it.
  4. QTLmax Software Access:
    • QTLmax Free Edition: Upon registration, you'll gain access to the QTLmax Free Edition software package; however, certain advanced features are exclusive to the Enterprise Edition.
    • Korea-Specific Restriction: If you're in Korea, you're not permitted to register for this portal or use QTLmax. QTLmax Enterprise Edition licenses are granted on demand; please contact us at support@qtlmax.com for inquiries.
  5. Transparent-ID Policy: You agree to sign up for the "QTLmax Free Edition" portal with your email tied to your real name. We don't allow you to sign up using another person's identity or a fake identity, as this helps us ensure the integrity and security of our services.
  6. No-Account-Sharing Policy: You may not transfer or share your 'QTLmax Free Edition' portal account with others.
  7. "As is" policy: You understand that the common features available in QTLmax Free Edition, provided 'as is', are equivalent to those in QTLmax Enterprise Edition.
  8. Membership Policies:
    • Management: You can freely create and cancel your Forum and Portal memberships. Upon cancellation, your membership record will be immediately deleted, but your usage logs will be retained.
    • Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke the QTLmax Free Edition membership at our discretion without explanation.

3. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, trademarks, and data on this website are protected by applicable laws.
  2. QTLmax is proprietary software of QTLmax Global, LLC.
  3. QTLmax operates as an on-premises service, running directly on the user's terminal. This means we do not have permission to access your account or data stored on your machines.

4. Limitation of Liability

  1. In line with this on-premises operational model, each user is solely responsible for their own data security.
  2. Upon the release of a new version of QTLmax, the software will be automatically upgraded or updated. This means that the entire directory containing QTLmax components will be deleted and replaced with new files. Therefore, you must not store any of your personal files or directories in the QTLmax directory for any reason.
  3. Technical support for QTLmax Free Edition users is provided through the Forum website.
  4. As a free user, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that we shall not be liable for any damages or claims arising from your use of the QTLmax Free Edition packages.
