The “QTL search and haplotype tools” tab page supports the extraction of QTL markers using a P-value threshold. Figure 1 shows the result of extracting QTL markers with a P-cutoff value of 0.0000001. You can also sort the results in ascending or descending order by adjusting the setting in the combo box.
